Seeking the grace

Have you ever felt like one minute you are totally able to do something and then the next it’s like you never knew how?

I have found that when I am sensing this weird phenomena, it means a transition is already underway. I have had this happen quite a few times in my life.

The time I left my dance and drama business and shifted to Perth.

The time I stopped singing, after being involved in Music since I was a very young girl.

The time when I knew I could not run another event, even though it didn’t make sense.

It is like at one point in my life, I had been graced to carry specific seasons and then suddenly the grace was gone.

Grace in this context to me means ; an unmerited favour, an ease, a capacity to do something I haven’t been able to do.

When it lifts you know it. It is like you cannot bear even the thought of doing a task that once came so easy.

One of the greatest lessons I am learning in transition is to understand when the grace is present and when it is no longer there.

Are you feeling tired?

Are you feeling uninspired?

Are you feeling frustrated, angry or heavy hearted?

Maybe the grace for the season that you have been in before has shifted and a time of transition is happening.

If the favour is gone, if you feel like doors are shutting all around you and you are confused,  seek where there is grace.

People often ask me, how do I find what I am purposed to do?

My thought lately has been this…

Where is the grace?

Where is the ease?

Where is the inspiration?

The word inspire literally means to breath in by inhaling. What takes your breath away?

That may be the first little key to finding where your next season is heading.

Seek the grace for your new.

Seek the peace for your new.

Then take brave and brilliant steps towards what is totally possible.

We all have a life story and a message that can inspire others to live a better life or run a better business. Why not use that story and message to serve others and grow a real business doing it?
