Waste not, want not
Gordon Ramsey is the sound track to my writing this evening and his hatred of wasted food, gives me ammunition to make change.
I love cooking and hate waste!
Especially when I think of the thousands who struggled to find something, anything to eat today.
The waste that is found in the rubbish dumps of our western world, could feed a millions right now.
