family ties
I grew up with two mums; one called Patty, one Eileen.
My maternal mother is an identical twin and they are inseparable.
They spent the day together in Australia it is there birthday today, visiting one of their teachers from high school that is really sick with cancer. Today is just a normal day to them though; they are never far from one another. Whenever I find one, I find the other. Not just twins but friends also.
Being so far away from my mums on their birthday is not a normal occurrence for me and I have thought about them all day.
