Today my body is extremely tired. I went for a really long walk along the shoalwater foreshore, complete with many flies and a pod of dolphins.
When we are at our tiredest that’s when it’s so difficult to stay true to the goals we set for ourselves.
I found myself thinking, how many days am I up too with my 30day challenge?
It wasn’t until I stilled myself and reminded myself of the why….and I was back on track.
Tiredness is a part of the lifestyle that we all find ourselves subjected to.
Find ways to combat it.
Find ways to refresh and revive.
That’s what I’m doing right now…
