Hope

It’s amazing how a little bit of space, a little bit of quiet, a little bit of thankfulness creates a landscape of hope to arise.

I have taken the day to retreat.

My son is with my husband, I left the washing in the machine, dishes on the sink and I am taking time to reflect, rest and be thankful.

In the US today is thanksgiving. I think the main component of thankfulness is reminding ourselves with perspective.

Do you feel hopeless?

Take time to reflect on all that you are grateful for.

Hope will arise.

Are you feeling confused and disappointed?

Take time to reflect on why and take steps towards letting go.

Small steps.

Like asking for wisdom. Like releasing people from indebtedness. Like believing the best rather than the worst.

Hope will arise.

Shake off those thoughts that ensnare and find a place of reflection on that which is good in your world.

Be thankful.

Acknowledge your blessings.

Hope will come.

No season lasts forever. Summer is always on its way. It just is. Even in the darkness of winter, summer potential lays dormant in the snow.

Hope is awaiting dear friend.
