Often we live duplicitous lives. We can make ourselves look like whatever Instagram photo we can find.

We have the capacity to make ourselves look like one thing but in reality our hearts and lives can be completely different.

Are you who you say you are?
Are you who Instagram says you are?
Are you who you family says you are?

I think our hearts become hard and closed and toxic when we live two lives. The one that everyone sees and the one we know exists.
